A Trial Flight voucher is valid for 6 months. After this time it will still be honoured but you will have to pay the difference between the price originally paid and the current price. Vouchers are not refundable.
We will endeavour to comply with special requests to view particular land marks or follow a particular route. However this is not always possible due to Air Traffic Control restrictions or weather.
A passenger may sit in the back of 4 seat aircraft with the consent of the aircraft commander (instructor) subject to the passenger taking out Day Membership of the Club. There is no charge for the flight. Day Membership is £20.00 per person.
If you make a booking to fly and do not turn up on the day or cancel without 24 hours notice then a cancellation charge of 50% of the flight will be made. If your flight is cancelled due to weather or for technical reasons you will be offered an alternative date.
All flights must be confirmed by telephone before travelling to the airfield. We will always try to fly you at a particular time however this cannot be guaranteed.
